2.1. WTO, FTAs

b) Scope: providing vocational training services in adult education sub-sectors and other educational services (including foreign language training).

c) The training program must be approved by a competent state agency.

2.2. AANZFTA

a) Only committed in the fields of agriculture, architecture, shipbuilding, corporate governance, management, computer science, construction, information systems, dental services, economics , pedagogy, engineering, environment, surveying, community service, land and marine resources, animal husbandry, language studies, law, legal studies, life sciences, manufacturing, mathematics, medical science, medicine, multidisciplinary education, nursing, pharmacy, physical science, science, service, food and tourism, transportation, veterinary science, expression arts performance and vision.

b) Scope: providing vocational training services in adult education sub-sectors and other educational services (including foreign language training).

c) The training program must be approved by a competent state agency.

2.3. The law of Vietnam

a) Investment rate

– Vocational training center: at least 60 million VND/learner (excluding land use costs).

– Vocational secondary schools and vocational colleges; Investment projects to open branches of intermediate schools and colleges: at least 100 million VND/student (excluding land use costs). The minimum total investment capital is calculated at the time when the maximum training scale is expected, but not less than 100 billion VND;

– Vocational education institutions that do not build new facilities but only rent them out or contribute capital by the Vietnamese party with existing facilities to carry out their operations, the investment level must be at least 70% of the prescribed levels. as above.

b) Facilities

– Vocational education institutions registered to operate for 20 years or more in Vietnam must have a plan to build facilities and obtain the approval of the provincial People’s Committee on land allocation or land lease for investment. construction of facilities. The maximum investment period is 05 (five) years, this establishment must have a contract or agreement on the principle of renting necessary and stable facilities for training and teaching and must ensure the investment construction of facilities according to the schedule of the project.

– Vocational education institutions registered to operate for less than 20 years are not required to build their own facilities, but must have a contract or agreement to rent schools, classes, workshops, and auxiliary areas suitable and stable for a period of time. period of at least 05 (five) years.
